Step 3: Enable A Disabled Local Administrator Account

1. After the computer boots up from the CD or USB drive, it will start the PCUnlocker program which displays a list of local accounts that are stored in Windows SAM registry hive. Select the disabled local administrator account and click on Reset Password button.
